Change language in different regions.

Hi there,

I am trying to change the language of my Apple account.

I am regionally based in Greece, and every time I open the Apple page, or even Apple TV+ half the things are in Greek and the other half in English.

I want everything to be English.

In my iCloud settings I have selected English U.S. as my preferred language.

It hasn't stopped the issue.

Can anyone offer some advice?
