Hello! I would like to change my country of origin and I can't do it because I have $ 0.22 from a gift card, how can I get rid of the remaining credit if it is not enough to make a purchase?

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
