How to get iTunes Music on other devices
Is there a way to get my iTunes music library on my other iOS devices without subscribing to Apple Music or iTunes Match?
All of the music in my iTunes is from downloaded CDs I own.

To turn on iCloud Music Library: Open iTunes. From the menu bar at the top of your screen, choose Edit > Preferences. Go to the General tab and select iCloud Music Library to turn it on.
