I just bought a new IphoneSE, now I am using my old one as my workphone, but their all showing on my apple account. I need this workphone not to be in this privat apple account, but on a separate work account. Is that possible?

We can see that you want to have a separate Apple ID to use and link to your work phone. We can understand wanting to keep your work information separate from your personal information.
You have a few options available to make this happen.
1.) You can create a new Apple ID all together for your work iPhone. Here's information on How to create a new Apple ID. Please note that any apps and purchases made from the old Apple ID will not link to your newly created Apple ID unless you Set up Family Sharing.
2.) Another option you have would be to keep the same Apple ID and information, and just go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts, and choose which information from your accounts is displayed on your work iPhone.
