Please inblock my account

hello. I debited € 85.99 from your system. The subscription was placed inadvertently, I canceled it. I contacted the bank, the money was returned to me. However, you blocked me and I can't use apps. Can you unblock my account?

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
