What is error -3201 and how do I fix it?

I’m trying to restore my iPod so I can fix my other problems but when I push the “restore iPod” button it just says “there was a problem downloading the software for iPod ‘ipod’. An unknown error occurred (-3201).” What does that mean? What is error -3201?
