if i run the apple tv without connecting it to the (type c to hdmi cable) it is working if i connect the cable the apple tv crashes
I'd try another cable or TV and see if the issue persists.

I'm not exactly sure how you are connecting things, you can only use an HDMI cable with the Apple TV, where does the USB-C connector come into things.
I'm using the Apple TV app, on my MacBook pro. The MacBook (has only type c) connections, and I'm connecting it to the sumsung tv (HDMI )
So do you mean the Apple TV app on the TV crashes, you originally said the Apple TV crashes.
The Apple TV app on the MacBook pro crashes, when I connect the cable to it, or if the cable connected and then i start the app.
