Won’t backup how do I connect to my phone with passwords

I need to back my iPad up but it won’t because password for iCloud and Apple ID don’t match. How do I fix this ?

You won't be able to fix that. You can't combine Apple IDs (i.e., it looks like you have at least two). But, given that you have two (or more) Apple IDs, you can back the iPad up to iCloud regardless of which is on the device.
