Quite simple: you don't. At least not directly.


As the app states, it ".... includes caches, logs and other resources currently in use by the system. This value will fluctuate according to system needs."


In other words, this is data used by the OS to maintain state and manage performance. You don't have any direct control over it,


You can try rebooting your phone, which usually has the effect of clearing caches, which may save some space, but it'll just get consumed again as you use your phone.
