Text message language won't change?

I added Spanish as a second language to use with a language learning app (now deleted), also got a variation Espacio despite not adding it somehow....

Have changed back to English only on main settings as the 'voice to text' on text messages was always defaulting to Spanish or Espacio when I tried to do messages in English by voice...

Despite changing main setting, text messenger language still defaults randomly to same 3 languages?
