Photos from my father's phone shown in my iCloud

how photos of my father phone shows in my icloud

he's have his own icloud and we are not sharing the phone or the icloud

my phone switch off because the sea so i signin in the laptop and i was shohked when i didint see my photos , i saw my fathers photos

what can i do please i need my photos

the numbers is there but the photos is not
