Can I change the main used for a family sharing account? I don’t want to lose my iTunes music

When the family organizer turns off Family Sharing, it removes all family members from the family group at once. If there are children under 13* in your family group, you must transfer them to another family before you can disband yours. The group can be reformed without you if those involved want, with a new organizer. You won't lose your music. See Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support. It covers the points I have made.
