In the info on the page I sent you says -
When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
You have not contacted Apple Support, you are not speaking to apple, this is a user to user community, so you need to contact Apple support and make contact with an Apple advisor who can help resolve the issue, it explains what to do
I clicked the link and in the middle of the page it says about booking a phone call with an advisor
follow the information in the link I sent you - If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
What can I do about it?
