I’ve noticed on my iCloud Storage there is 1.1 MB of “Docs” storage. I’m unsure what it is or where it came from the 2 devices (iPhone and MacBook Air) that I have that use my iCloud. I have tried using the manage storage to get more info or delete it but it doesn’t give me an option. I would really like know what it is or if I can delete it to clear up storage.
Would anyone be able to assist or help me with this situation?
Launch the Files app on your device and see what’s there. The app icon for it looks like a file folder.
Have you tried logging out of device and logging back in?
It's possible it could be some kind of system file from Apple but who knows. If you've tried everything and still wish to get rid of it, next possible step - Official Apple Support.

Yes! I have opened it and went through each tab and there’s nothing. I did notice when I clicked “On my iPhone” at the bottoms say 1 item. I have attached a photo.
The “1 item” refers to the Downloads folder, so that’s not it.
What do you see when you select Manage Storage?
