App won't download

I'm trying to download Enlight Videoleap Video Editor on my ipod, and it is compatible with it, but whenever I press the "GET" button and then press the "install" button, a popup appears saying "You already own this app, so it will download now at no additional charge." I don't know what to do, and it will not install.

iPod, iOS 12

Other apps will download, but videoleap won't.

Videos App not install I recently updated to 11.2.1 on my iPhone & iPad. When the update was completed, I looked at my devices and thought there's an App missing. It was only last night that I realised that the missing app was Videos. I done a search on my devices. The results were :- App Store - Videos by Apple, view in Store. On the store page "This app requires specific features not available on this device" with a greyed out download symbol, but under compatibility it states it works on this iPhone / iPad.

iPad pro apps not downloading I cannot download several apps that are usually included with Apple products. These include iMovie, Garage Band, Keynote, etc. I get a dialog box telling me that the device is "Unable to install iMovie" (for example) and that I must view it in the App Store. I go to the App Store and instead of a download button, there is a solid blue square with a faint gray circle around it. This usually indicates a download in progress, yet no progress happens. I do not know what to do. A solution would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
