Was this purchased off the the web (i.e. eBay)? If so, it might be a scam. So, contact the Web site, seeing if you can get your money back, and if the seller can be held accountable. This is a user-to-user forum. So, as you might suspect, note that one here as any call in the outcome of this, though.
