won’t let me sign out of icloud because of restrictions

i am trying to sign out of my icloud account on my iphone but the sign out button is grey & says “sign out is not available due to restrictions”. i went to my restrictions & turned all of them off but it still won’t let me sign out & says the same thing. please help

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Have you just turned go individual restrictions or have you turned restrictions off as a whole.

Also try restarting after turning restrictions off.
