Hello roe259,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! It looks like you have a question about locations in the Weather app, and we'd like to do what we can to help.

Which Weather app are you seeing the weather for Cupertino?

This article has how to edit locations for the Weather app which is included with the iOS. Check the weather on iPhone

Is that the Weather app you're referring to? If so, and you've already removed Cupertino, check that Settings > Privacy > Locations Services is is enabled for the Weather app. Then it will use your current location to provide your local weather.

Take care!

Hey roe259,

Thanks for the reply and additional info. We appreciate it!

The Weather app is one of the built-in apps that you can delete.

Delete built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12, iOS 13, or iPadOS device or Apple Watch

Go ahead and delete the app, restart your iPhone again to refresh it, and then reinstall the app following the steps in the above article.

You'll need to remove Cupertino again, as the previous article we provided shows how to do. Plus, verify that Location Services is still enabled for the Weather app.

Thanks!
