iPhone 13.5.1 turn of instant hotspot

Hello,

Is it possible to turn off instant hotspot? I just want normal WiFi between my iOS devices

Settings>Personal Hotspot> tape there, then DISABLE "Allow others to join".

When done, restart your iPhone.
