How is iPhone remote seeing Apple TV?

In the iPhone control center, in the apple tv remote, it lists an apple tv that I don't want it to list. Also I don't understand how it is on the list. It is an apple tv 3rd gen that has Bluetooth turned off, and that is on an isolated guest wifi network that should be incapable of communicating with the iPhone.

Is there a way to reset the list on the iphone? How is it detecting the apple tv? I don't get it.

Thanks
