My child forgot her password and disabled her phone.

My daughter has a iPhone 6S Plus A1634. She forgot her password and the phone is disabled. The message on the phone reads 'connect to iTunes' unfortunately, two factor authentication is enabled and iTunes keeps asking to for code sent to phone. How of do I factory reset the phone?
