iPad will not charge

My iPad has a low battery icon and will not accept a charge even though it was on charge over 4hrs. I’ve tried different chargers and charge cables. Seems like a software problem.

Need to know what to do next.

Charging Issue My IPad fails to charge when plugged in, or at least does not show the charging icon on the battery. I’ve restarted it multiple times, switched outlets, put on low power mode, but nothing to seems to effectively work.
