Updating iPad to iOS 13.5

The latest iOS release for iPad appears to be 13.5; however, my iPad indicates 12.4.7 is the most recent version, has anyone else experienced this? Not sure why my iPhone will successfully update to 13.5.1 but not iPad. Thanks

That iPad model isn't capable of running 13.5.1.
