I was a iphone user and i moved to android

I got a ipad mini and i decided to put my old icloud on it it

It requires my old iphone passcode to sign in and i forgot it what can i do?

I think you're referring to the two-factor authentication code? If you can, try signing in to your Apple ID account page (appleid.apple.com) to change your trusted number to something like a landline.

Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support
