I can't find the invite for photos.

Someone is sending me an invitation but I am not receiving it. Where can I look for it and what settings might be wrong?

iMac 27″, OS X 10.11

Unknown un-invited subscribers on my Photos shared album I have recently discovered unknown subscribers I did not invite to my Photos shared album, I tried to delete them but I am unable to. One of the addresses is shown as apple@icloud.com! Does anyone else have encountered this issue and can offer a solution?
