Safari can't open page ... click ... privacy=1YYN ??

I have a USAA credit card and shop their "member shop" to get more "points" for dollars spent. The access is through the USAA website. About two weeks ago I started seeing more sites blocked when I clicked on links from Google searches, but also noticed it on links from this USAA site.

I thought it might be Intego web monitoring software so I shut it off. I thought it might be Safari's privacy preferences so I shut them all off. Then I tried using Chrome instead. Same result. Then I noticed one of the stores in USAA's MemberShop is Apple. And guess what?

The link worked just fine! The Apple Store loaded just fine from the clicked link.

I've attached a screenshot of the error message.

I checked the following links from within that store, results indicated:

Samsung - error message
Lands's End - error message
Staple's - error message
Apple Store - loaded fine
Lenovo - loaded fine
Blue Apron - loaded fine

Any tips on how I can adjust some settings to get prevent the linked sites from being blocked?

Thank you Eric - it was my VPN. I thought I had shut-off the "auto-connect" feature of the VPN for my desktop (my router has a built-in VPN).

Turning off the VPN fixed it.

Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?

Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
