The billing address on my account is up-to-date, however, my email payment confirmations use an outdated address.

How do I confirm that my correct billing address is on file with Apple if the one in my account is updated, but the one I receive on my payment confirmations (via email) pulls in an outdated address?

You can call Goldman Sachs and change your email address - 1-877-255-5923.
