iMessage intrusion

So I have just realised that all my iMessages have been going through my step daughters phone for the past two years. I was not aware of this until I found out by chance. My step daughter was never allowed to take her phone to our house by her mother, and was always made to leave it downstairs in her mums house at night, now I know why. She has been getting all my text messages and reading them while my step daughter is not there. How can I prove this? As she is denying it. I have had all mine, my stepdaughters and my husbands phone infront of me and text him from mine and mine from his and both times it’s came up on her phone as a conversation. Which makes me feel sick. All previous conversation had been deleted before I got a hold of her phone. Please Help!!!

We can't, and Apple will not, help with the things you mention. I understand your feelings, but the Apple account security system just doesn't allow help of this nature with the in regard to Apple ID accounts.

Yes we do. I didn’t realise this would mean she could read my messages, but the problem is trying to prove this as all previous messages had been deleted. Is there no way for Apple to look at records to prove two devices have always been getting my messages? Is there any way to tell when they have been read in other devices? Her mum is denying this and is saying she’s never seen any messages (playing dumb basically). I need to be able to prove that she has been reading them then deleting them. I have since took her off my iCloud and changed my password but as u can imagine this has been causing me great anxiety thinking back to two years ago wondering what she has read etc. Total invasion of privacy I feel sick wit it all
