Downloading same app twice
I have downloaded a banking app once for my own personal use and want to download it again so that I can use it for my mother’s banking. Can I do this and if so how do I do it? Thanks

If you mean that you want to download the same app twice on the same device, you can't do it.
But you do not need to download that app twice. Generally homebanking apps use an account & a password to sign in, so, it should be easy to use the same app with two different bank accounts accesses.
To be sure, contact the bank and ask them.
