Spectrum will not run on our apple 4k. error code : ALP-1035

it's mentioned on their support, sounds like a server issue so reinstalling the client would likely have little impact

Same here. Unplugged the Apple 4K Box..nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app..nothing.

spectrum says its not their problem and we must pay still.
