Call log
I’m trying to access all calls with a specific phone number but when I go into my call log it’s only showing me the log for that specific call or day...

iPhones do not have a call log, they have a recent calls list that is exactly 100 numbers long. Older calls disappear as new ones are added. You should use your carrier’s online account management site or their iPhone app if they have one to review call history.
