Hi do I get rid of the square clock in the center of my iPhone home screen?

This is a screenshot of my iPhone. I think I accidentally double clicked the clock in the upper left corner and this appeared and I can’t get rid of it. I have no idea what you mean by jailbroken?

I had never seen anything like it either, but I'm glad IdrisSeabright's suggestion solved your problem.

I’ve searched settings and accessibility and I can’t find one for the clock. Someone mentioned that happened on a Mac and fixed it.
Where did you get this screenshot? This is not a feature of an iPhone that I've ever seen. Is that iPhone jailbroken?
Ha! No need to be embarrassed.
I did find a couple of other threads that mentioned it (which suggested restarting might work) but none of them gave any clue as to what it was or how it got there.
