I am having trouble with the Memories video not playing all the photos and sounds. The screen is blanking out showing black screen and in between photos and randomly turning on and off the sound in videos. Is there something that can be done to fix this? It happens when I try to customize the videos.

Does this happen with every Memories video you try creating?
You mentioned this is happening when you try customizing the Memories video. Do you mean when you play the video and tap Edit in the top right, or something else?
Does it happen after you change a particular setting in Edit, like Duration?
Do the videos in Memories play as expected until you try customizing?
Depending on the answers to the above and the steps you've tried so far, you might try to Restart your iPhone.

We also experienced this over the weekend (7/11/20). We had the blackouts in the video prior to and after editing. Problems occur only after first viewing. Black spots do repeat in the same places and are the same when we share or post the video. All content in the video was taken on the same day on the same phone. It was a mix of photos and videos.
