How can I upload videos to iCloud?

It seems that you can only upload jpg files.

iCloud Photos supports both photos (jpgs and other formats) and Videos (mp4). See here: Set up and use iCloud Photos on your Windows PC - Apple Support

It will not upload things like Windows Media Video files.

Otherwise, you can load videos in non supported formats directly to iCloud Drive, either by using the folder in Windows Explorer, or by using the iCloud.com website.
