When connecting to itunes to restore the phone, an error saying “there was a problem downloading the software for the iphone. The disk you are attempting to use is full. How do i resolve this?

That means the hard drive on your windows computer does not have enough space to download the update.
Delete some files and other stuff from your computer to make space.

get a computer with itunes on it. connect your iphone to it. and what ever prompts you get answer them. i think you will be asked to login with icloud or apple id. if worse case scenario then you restore from a back up
This error is coming when restoring only
Iphone is disabled. Please connect to itunes.
