Sorry, but there isn't anything anyone in the community can do.
I just tried the link and also got:
We’re sorry, there are no solutions available at the moment. Please try again later.
I've tested it every once in awhile the last few weeks and frequently get that. I also sometimes get a wait time of 2 minutes or less. All I can suggest is to keep trying
Perfect. So what's the next step after that link tells us Apple Support is unavailable and to use the community instead?
