Unauthorized charges to my account

I contacted someone about a week ago explaining that my nephew has my old ipad and seems to be making unauthorized charges through apple. I have charges going back to December 22 that i just noticed about 2 weeks ago. Its over 200 worth of charges. Can i please be refunded. According to my account about 8 small charges were refunded but not the rest and sime are rather large charges. Thank you

We are users like you, not Apple employees, so we don't have access to your data information, so we can't help.


Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.


If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.
