iPad won’t delete apps

My daughters iPad won’t let me delete apps even when I go into settings>general>iPad storage it still doesn’t give me the option can someone help?

Hello,

Does your iPad have any restrictions set or any configuration profiles installed?

Settings > General > Profiles

If you do not see a Profiles pane in Settings then your device does not have any profiles installed.

Settings > Screen Time > Restrictions

Do you also use Family Sharing?
