Did not order Apple Tunes
I was sent a receipt for Apple Tunes today. I did not order that. I think I managed to cancel on my phone but would like a refund of the $9.99 if it was charged to me today. I am wondering how that happened?

If the receipt was sent as an email make sure it is actually from Apple, and verify if you were actually charge on your account or associated credit card statement.
