How to fix this problem please help

SIM card is invalid

The SIM card inserted into this iphone belongs to the mobile operator, which is not supported in accordance with the current policy on the activation server. The issue is not related to the Iphone hardware. Insert another SIM card belonging to a supported mobile operator or request to unlock this iphone from it. For more information, contact Apple.

Umm, I think the message tells you how to fix it:

Your SIM card is associated with either a mobile provider who doesn't support iPhone, or the phone is locked to a specific provider and the SIM is from another one. You'll need to either get a compatible SIM, or call the original mobile operator to get them to unlock the phone so it can be used on another network.

Sounds like the phone is locked to some Russian carrier. Unless you can contact them to unlock the phone, I don't think there's much you can do.

Generally (and this may or may not be true in Russia), phones are either sold at full price and are unlocked, or a carrier sells them at a discounted rate knowing that they will get 2 years of service fees to offset the discount. Until they've made their money back they're unlikely to unlock the phone.
