AirPods Pro and multiple devices?

My old AirPods can connect to both my iPhone and MacBook at the same time. I just got new AirPods Pro and they don't seem to be able to do this. Whenever I connect to one device, the other disconnects. Is there a way to fix this?

Switching AirPods between devices I just bought a MacBook Air and my AirPods Pro wont seamlessly switch between my iPhone and my Mac. I always get a little notification at the top right corner that they are being detected but I have to press the connect button. If I do not press it the sound will come out through the speakers. I know its just a little click but I am really used to them just switching between my iPhone and iPad. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Airpods 2nd gen or AirPods Pro can not be connected to multiple devices at the same time.
