My apple id has been disabled. I called Apple support and was on hold for 45 minutes, no answer. I reset my password. I am not allowed to update my payment. I need to speak to a human and not a robot.
I also get put on hold when I try to schedule a genius bar appointment.
I've been purchasing apple products for over ten years now, this is a joke.
