Use Iphone from Romania in UK

Hello, guys and girls. I would like to purchase an Iphone SE 64GB from Romania, and I am wondering if I can use it in UK as well. Are there any issues regarding the SIM card or networks? Anything that I should take into account? Thank you very much.
