why cant i find quick time pro in the app store or apple.com

QuickTime v10.x is integral part of macOS since 2009 (Mac OS X Snow Leopard). QuickTime is Player is one of the programs protected again accidental deletion. There is no need to download it again. Reinstalling is not the way to fix issues with QuickTime. Any issue will likely not be with the program itself.

QuickTime Player 7 Pro still works in Mojave but as far as I know it can no longer be downloaded and the Pro licenses are not sold anymore.
