Does Apple manufacture accessories other than those which come with their main products in the box?

Many big and thought in the society to be reliable shops, with quite a name in the market as well, are selling chargers for iPhones and they claim the chargers to be made by Apple.

My question is, are these sellers in Pakistan really selling us the official Apple products? Or they're just kicking in bucks making fool out of people with money who don't know that big companies like Apple don't sell on such a small scale? For I don't think that apple manufactures accessories to be sold alone in boxes written on them 'Apple' and also is made the logo of Apple's over them.
