Lost iPhone

I lost my iPhone and I used www.icloud.com/find, but still not be able to locate it. It is showing offline device!!

We only only users of Apple products, nobody can help you. Link is useless, not working. But either iPhone battery is dead, or somebody turned it off, if showing “offline.”
