If you have a problem with a subscription or a purchase, see Subscriptions and Purchases https://support.apple.com/en-euro/billing. If you think you may be able to get a refund, then use the request a refund link. It will take you to Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple https://support.apple.com/en-euro/HT204084

See How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210904

You also can get Apple telephone support for help in solving your problem using this link https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23362  Be patient; sometimes you can't get immediate telephone support.

You also can use Apple Support Twitter https://twitter.com/AppleSupport. There may be a wait.

And here is how to contact iTunes worldwide support via text or chat using this link https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region/itunes After choosing your country, see the heading Tell us how we can help.

Contact Apple Support ASAP:

For Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. This is a User-to-User forum; we are all Apple users like you. You are not speaking with Apple. So, take this up with Apple Support.

Contacting Apple Suppport:

Request to speak to the iTunes Store Staff. Show them what happened. They will see this, informing you about where this all, confirm where this all stands in your Apple Account, and run you through the fix. If need be, ask about performing a screensharing session with the Apple Rep.

Consider Using Screensharing:

Also, if you need to show the Apple Rep what you are seeing, ask to screenshare the Mac's screen with them. Also ask to enable the Camera app on your iPhone, and hover your iPhone over your Mac. This will allow the Apple Rep to see this from your perspective.

--- Contact Us - Choose Locations

--- Proceed from there as Necessary

Note: Calls seem to be taking much longer than normal to get an Apple Rep to answer the call. And that makes sense, because many are at home at the moment (due to the Coronavirus Pandemic), hence they have more free time on their hands for a chance to call Apple Support.
