This is Indeed a Scam!
Look at the domain - it is not apple.com
I. Important:
Apple will not send you a text message on your phone, though, they do send eMail messages - but no messages about your account.
II. Reporting this to Apple:
So, before you trash this message, forward the eMail message off to Apple, and add these screenshots as attachments. Forward this eMail to: reportphishing@apple.com
III. Modifying your Credentials:

i think it’s safe. The sms you got should be safe because of the old massages from some months ago. The email address look like it’s from apple but I’m not 100 percent sure because I don’t understand the language in the mail. But you can tap on the link so it opened in safari and see if there is a little lock up in top in the search bar. The lock should look like this.
If the lock don’t look like this the mail is fake and you need to delete it and don’t log into the your Apple ID or other informations.
if it’s a real mail from apple you can also open the Find app on your apple devices to see your lost iPhone
