Hi how can I cancel my subcription on the pdf scanner ? I already cancel the subcriptiion but still they will charge me for 1 month. That I dont want to happen. Please would like to seek your assistance on this

Any subscription through the App Store only cancels at the end of the current period. If another renewal occurred before you cancelled then you have that subscription until the next date it would have renewed.
If you want to try for a refund you need to follow the link already posted. Not sure you'll get one though.
