How long does it take Apple to fix a keyboard on MacBook pro during COVID-19?

Because the keyboard on my Mac has issues, sometimes I cannot turn on the computer on time, because I cannot type the password on my Mac. Even I have a wireless keyboard, sometimes it cannot be connected to the computer by bluetooth; in the last two to three weeks, neither of these two keyboards stopped working and connecting to my mac for at least twice, when I tried to work on something. Every time, when I could not type the password to get into my mac, I would spend around one hour to fix the keyboards. As a college student who is now in summer school, I have to type essays and take exams on the computer, especially during the time of covid-19. How long would it take Apple to replace a keyboard during this specific moment. I don't want that any unexpected thing take places when I take my final exam.

One fix could be to purchase a USB connected keyboard for now. If your laptop is newer, it might only have USB-C, in which case you would need an adaptor to connect the wired USB type keyboard. You can order these to be delivered by mail or you can pick them up immediately at local stores (like Best Buy) using a no-contact safe procedure they have set up.
